Biography
Mr Panday obtained his Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B) from the University of KwaZulu Natal in 2016 and was duly admitted as an Attorney of the High Court in 2019 after serving articles at Singh And Associates. Mr Panday regards the courtroom as his second home and playground.
He possesses an intrinsic desire to be the country's most sought after litigant and therefore prides himself in Civil Litigation, Criminal Litigation, Child and Family Law related matters as well as representation in the CCMA and Bargaining Councils. Mr Panday has further broadened his artillery and now boasts experience in Unlawful arrests, Commercial Contracts, Entertainment Law and Alternate Dispute Resolutions.
