Biography
Mr Naidoo obtained his Bachelor of laws Degree (LL.B) from the prestigious University of KwaZulu Natal in 2014. After serving his articles under the watchful guidance of Singh And Associates, he was duly admitted as an attorney in 2017.
Mr Naidoo possesses a dire passion for Labour and Employment Law, Business Re-structuring, the litigious aspect of commercial law, immigration law and is a force to be reckoned with in respect of the winding up of estates, debt collection and property related matters. Mr Naidoo has worked and continues to work closely with the most respected senior counsils and often finds himself embroiled in various high profile High Court, Magistrates Court and Labour Court battles.
